No more than the Herndon Chapter of TOS at Elizabethton was deciding to move
their dinner and socializing before their monthly meetings to another
location rather than at ARBY's on South Roan in Johnson City--across from
the ONE STOP store, this past week on Sept. 1, than the restaurant caught
fire today (4 Sept 2015) about 1 p.m. It was only Tuesday when Pres. Roy
Knispel announced that the club was looking into moving to another location

Note that the worst of the fire and all the ladder and water effort is right
over the area under which the birders gather to eat.
