The largest flock of Wild Turkeys that I have seen in the region was on
Hales Chapel Rd., near Gray, in Washington Co., TN.
On 27 Feb 2005 there were 216 turkeys in one field. Quite an impressive sight.
Some of this flock has since been captured for relocation.
