Hi Geoff-
Are these new dates? David is at a conference and I am supposed to work. We
didn't have this on our radar at all.
We will do whatever but seeing a Saturday activity when it was supposed to
start on Sunday (at least that's what information I have).
What is this evening?
I appreciate the email-I just didn't have this info and not sure Olivia can
make it, unfortunately.
Thanks,
Jennifer

Mandatory Horse Exhibitor Meeting and setup
Thursday, July 21 6 pm. Clubs meet at show arena hill at Washtenaw Farm
Council Grounds to receive barn assignments, packets, and other crucial
information. Overnight stay forms can be collected this evening as well.
Remember you will need wood chips for the stalls. You can get them at Tractor
Supply, Menards, etc. or order from Chelsea Lumber below-
Chelsea Lumber in Bridgewater will deliver shavings to the Washtenaw Farm
Council Grounds after setup Thursday, and prior to the week of the 4-H Youth
Show, Interested exhibitors must place their orders as soon as possible.
Shavings are $4.75 a bag and they have informed us that they also have
cellotex for the horse stalls in the cement barn. Contact Chelsea Lumber,
Bridgewater directly to place orders at 734-429-7062.
Also Saturday will be a day to clean and prep your horse although you will
find wash racks at the fair grounds to use. Sunday we will be trailering in
all the horses.
