Hello Ann. Before proceeding, I want to clarify a few things:
1. Did the rest of the updates install fine, and you are just having trouble
with the KeySoft app? That's what it sounds like, but I just want to be sure.
2. Have you tried powering off and then restarting the touch? This step alone
could possibly fix your problem. If it doesn't, then we will have to go into
more advanced troubleshooting.

Hi all,
I've been trying to install the update for keysoft on The Touch. It
downloads fine, but it keeps saying package install failed. Error 0.
It asked me if I wanted to install the thing even though keysoft was
running, but I didn't know how to turn off keysoft and what to do from
there. Any help would be appreciated.
Sheesh, give me a downloadable package from the net, an SD card and
clear instructions. This downloading from the Net isn't all it's
cracked up to be.
