Hey, Lucy!
I went to Internet Options menu with Backspace-O, then pressed I for
Internet File Management. From there, I selected clear cookies, delete
temporary files, and erase browser history. (Note that clearing
cookies logs you out of everything, so make sure you have your
passwords written down somewhere like I do.)

Lucy and Stacey -- it is definitely still possible to download from
Bookshare on the Apex. It works as normal, with scripting disabled.
The only difference is that it's not as stable and glitches at times,
but I'm glad it has remained accessible.

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues lately when
downloading books from Bookshare with an Apex. When I click the
"Download" link after the title or on the book's specific page,
it only refreshes the current page, with no prompt to download.

clicked into My History, where it indicates the selection has
been downloaded; the same problem occurs if I attempt to grab it
again from that section. I have tried multiple titles. I'd
rather
not have to use a flash drive and transfer the file because I
mainly use my Apex and iPhone. Anything else I should do?
