There are many protected files on the Flash Drive. From file manager, to save a
lot of aggravation, press F, P. Go down to the folders where there may be
personal content. For instance, go to Keylist. Press Enter. It will tell you
how many files are there, and ask you if you want to protect or unprotect.
Press U, so that all files are unprotected. You can do that with each folder,
leaving the Oxford Dictionary alone. After you've done that, select each folder
located on the flash drive, pressing space with M to mark each one. When you
have marked them, press dots 2356 with Backspace. You can erase each folder
that way. Then, make sure you reset. Everything will be back to factory default.
