[brailleblaster] News On The Launch File Was Re: Minimum Features for a Usable Release

Hi John,

Regarding the launch file that I committed to doing, I have continued to 
investigate other ways for getting Braille Blaster on the Mac to compile easily.

If we are using Eclipse to compile, the launch file looks like the best option, 
but if we use Ant, there are alternatives that may work better for Braille 
Blaster.

I will continue to investigate this and will keep the list informed.
