Hello Scott. The Voice Sense is about seven inches long. This allows your hands to be next to each other when placed on the keyboard. If your thumbs are resting on the space bar, they would be about half an inch from your index fingers. At least, with my fingers since I have rather large hands <smile>. All in all, the unit is very compact and currently the smallest of its kind today.

The gw-notetaker list at gwmicro.com is specific to any Braille Sense or Voice Sense questions. If you have not already done so, feel free to visit www.gwmicro.com/support and click the email lists link. There, you can sign up for the list.

All the best.

Hello,
I am new to the list and apologize if this is off topic. Since I can't find one specifically for the Voice Sense I thought I would give this list a try.

I would sure appreciate any input regarding the layout of the keyboard like the distance of the spacebar from the braille keys etc.

I haven't had a chance to physically check one out and am very interested in purchasing one soon.

My apologies again if this is off topic.

Thanks much,

Scott
