Hello Lisette Did you buy your Braille Sense direct from Hims or from a local dealer? I think it is probably better to get the attention of the seller so that they can realise there is a need for more support. Is this your first Hims note-taker? Make sure you have turned on the necessary facilities. You might need to go through the manual again to check that you are doing things correctly. I am however, experiencing a crash every time I try to set up the email. I put in all my details using computer braille where appropriate, and then when I enter on the confirm button, the unit makes a clanging sound and freezes. I have to do a reset to fix things. I'm using the latest version which it was shipped with. If anybody has an idea of how I can fix this I would be very grateful. All other operations and functions work fine.
