[braille-sense] Braille Blazer

Hello,
I have a problem with my Braille Blazer. I sent a document to the
print-printer and the embosser started printing instead of the print-printer.
The embosser is embossing and embossing and embossing. How do I get the
embosser to stop embossing? I tried unplugging the embosser. I tried shutting
everything down. I don't know how to get the document out of the embossers
memory. Shelley
