I want you all to know that Bookshare did my textbooks for my classes this semester and they did a wonderful job. I got my books in time to start school. They did the books within the same week they received them in the mail. I give major props to everyone working at Bookshare for the incredible job they're doing with texts.

Yes. I agree. Any books that anyone in Bookshare needs for school, or to
help their student in school, plese let us know directly, by writing to me
and cc'ing Mandy Throckmorton, and we will work directly with you to get
those books scanned into the collection in time for the needed date. And if 
you need help validating (e.g. as we did for the Latin textbooks), we can
solicit help from the lists for that as well.

I wouldn't want to give any student an excuse for being late with his
homework (e.g. the scanner ate my book!).

and a p.s. to Ron, is your son a student at CU Boulder by any chance?

Here I am. No, I am not a pseudonym.
I believe that 'E' was commenting on your response
back to me.

I requested several books for my son, who needs them
for school this
term. This particular translation was among them. I
will take a look at
the version you pointed me to (sorry, I'm brand new
to this and still
figuring out how to use the tools) and see if that's
close enough.

My thanks to both of you for your comments and
suggestions.

I did not ask for the Confucius book.  I recognize
