Kay will send it up with a hold for Melissa, it was scanned a year or so ago,
and I just haven't gotten around to stripping the junk characters and removeing
the page headers and all that.

I do have the book, it is in storage, but I could probably find it if I needed
to, smile.

The people who burned witches at the stake never for one moment thought of
their act as violence;
 rather they thought of it as an act of divinely mandated righteousness.
 The same can be said of most of the violence we humans have ever committed.
