In the braille yes, and no, depends on what Duxbury is feeeling that day.

In the Daisy, no it is not stripped out.

But remember a lot of the files on the site are actually text files, which 
loose all formating.

Hi Cindy,

That is a good idea.  I am wondering one thing.  If a volunteer uses the
Center command or Heading Level 1 in the RTF file, is this stripped out?
