Hi Shelley,
Using the table of contents is all well and good, but it goes against the
way I read.
I use a Braille Lite m40. I generally put the book into RAM and delete as I
go along. That is, if I delete what i've already read, I don't have to
worry about losing my place. If I do that, I no longer have a table of
contents. Perhaps, I should put the TOC in a separate file.
