My scanner is very slightly narrower then the width from top to
bottom of a hard-cover book.
I can either cut off the top line, title, page number, eTC or
the bottom two lines of text which I must then replace.
I'll have to cut off the top line.
This means I have to hand-number each page, but rescanning and
numbering will still take less time.
