Hi I just re-subscribed after a period of about 4 months of running out my
last year's subscription. I e-mailed a request of renewal and took about 15
minutes. Andy

Hello everyone,
Maybe some of you have had this experience and can tell me how long you
had to wait from the day you re-subscribed until you were able to download
books? I had to get a new computer, and missed the deadline when my
subscription ran out. I am back online and decided to subscribe again--2
months later. I gave my credit card number, and want to know how long it
will take before they process it so I can again download books.
