Hi Siobhan,

We're pretty mystified on this end too! Carrie suggests that you try
searching for the file (just for whatever it's worth), if it still
doesn't show up, do go ahead and release the book. I will go in and try
downloading the file on this end - that way we can figure out whether it
is a problem relating to the file.

Thanks for your patience with the problem!

All good things,

Hi, I haven't tried a search, but I know i don't have the file. The
reason I don't is because whe this has come up beofre, I'd still after
clicking on dowload file, click on the lik again and that's when the
open or save as prompt appears. I'll try releasing it and seeing f I
get it. Thanks for your help. I just don't understand what's going on
if I and someone else have the same problems, I thought aybe it was a
server problem or something. Thanks again,

Siobhan

        Hi Siobhan,

I looked into the title history for Kissing Kate to see if I
could figure out something from there - but it all looks in order.

Carrie offered one potential answer to the mystery of the
missing file - she says the file might have been saved in a "hidden"
location on your computer.

Have you tried doing a search? She suggested searching for the
word Kissing or Kate to see if it turns up.

Let us know if it doesn't work and we'll see what else we can
think of!

Hey all. I went to validate a book last night, and the
information bar popped up. I normally have this off, but it'ss not
uncommon to see it. Anyway I went and clicked download, and there's
some type of error. Now it says I have the book out for validation but
I don't have the file. I've tried releasing it twice, and also clearing
my history which worked the last time this happened to me. f anyone has
had this, or knows how to fix it that would be great. Thanks all.
