You can get NFBTrans/Wintrans at: http://www.nfb.org/nfb/nfbtrans.asp
It's a filter program. Put it in a folder called Wintrans or NFBtrans
and unzip it there. You start with an input file, a txt file, and the
output file is the brf file. The interface is quite simple, and will
be understandable to anyone fimiliar with this type of program.
