Hi Rose,
From what I can determine, it looks like you are sending the wrong message.
It appears you send your ticket that says command results. You should send
the one that says subscription confirmation.
I drew this conclusion from the two messages you forwarded to
bookshare-discuss. It appears you would need to do the whole thing over
unless you still have a subscription confirmation message. In order to try
and help you I subscribed myself to see what I got. Now hopefully I can
unsubscribe. <lol>
