Hi,

Just a reminder that I am also offering a wish list of sorts until September 21st. Even though the site says the 15th, it has been extended to the 21st. I'm referring to the third annual book drive. I mainly focus on classic science fiction, mystery, fantasy and anthologies of the above but am also interested in some Christian fiction and old time radio. Just read the announcement at http://baechler.net/ and send the list of titles, authors and ISBN if known to bookrequest@xxxxxxxxxxxxx If you want to scan books, just fill out the book scanning form at http://baechler.net/bookscan.txt and email it to bookrequest@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm ready to buy several volumes of the complete stories of Theodore Sturgeon as soon as I find someone willling to scan them. Some are hardcover and others are paperback. Bookshare has three volumes but there are many more that are missing. If someone wants to scan those, that would be great! Sturgeon was truly one of the classic masters of SF. Again, just fill out the above book scanning form. Also, I have a Star Trek book that's hardcover written by Sturgeon and someone else.

I thought I posted this before, but we do now have a
Wish List available at any of these three sites:

This will be updated at the end of the day if people
post on either the volunteer or the bookshare list or
notify Cindy at hifriend@xxxxxxxxx about books on the
list they are taking for scanning or books they want
added to the list.
