I will fix the book up as well as I can. Cindy and I have given up on pagination because we have different editions. Please give me a couple of days to finish it up.

From what E said when we were working together, and the two editions I have, it appears that either there is a third edition or someone combined elements of the two editions. If anyone has an edition of the book that contains both recipes and text chapters and a section at the end of the book with a Daily Eating Plan, please download this book that Elizabeth validated before the new site went up and proofread it but give her the proofreading credit.
