Well, after visiting the site, it seems that I can submit, but that's all,
which is what I thought.  I e-mailed the volunteer link, so maybe I will be
approved.

Thanks all for the help.

Also, once I get approved, could someone give me the link to join the e-mail
listserv for volunteers?
