yeah, customer service really probably isn't equipped to deal with that. With humanware I usually cut straight to their techies. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Linda Stover" <liamskitten@xxxxxxxxx>

Ann and all, From what I understand of the humanware dynamic, calling tech support might get you somewhere. Many of the designers of the stream work in the actual tech support department that oversees it, meaning you might actually be expressing your concerns to someone who could do something about it. I had a list of designers/engineers who work in the tech department; I'll do my best to find it. Barring that, however, it might still be a good bet to call tech support, both for the reason detailed above and the fact that at least they will know what you are talking about. The problem is that they have absolutely no regard for their customers; down to the basic courtesy of calling or writing Humanware customers to let them know what the situation is. They figure they can just allow their customers to sit and wait because we're over a barrel. I don't know what to do about it, but I feel strongly enough that I'm going to write a letter. Oh, I called customer service and the lady knew nothing about what I was talking to her about, nothing. This is a major breech of courtesy and common decency! Ann P. -- Ann K.
