  No this is not the actual Dante book as I know Pergatoro follows that.  But I 
was wondering, was there a sequel ever written for the book Inferno, written in 
1979 about Allen Carpenteir who wakes up in Hell with Bonito Mussolini as his 
guide.

   

  the book says they were working on a book titled "Escape from Hell" but I 
can't find it anywhere.  Was it ever written?
