I've always heard the all-in-ones aren't recommended, although I don't remember why. We do have a Lexmark printer, and I do like it. I like it's talking capabilities, too. It's definitely nice. Take care. It have a copier, scanner, and fax capability all in one. It even tells you when your ink is low, when it starts printing, and when it finishes printing. It even tells you if you are out of paper through the sound card. That is cool I think. I had it for a little over a year and I like it. I have not tested it with Kurzweil 1000. I have checked the web site but it's not listed. I suppose no one have tested that model. I was able to get it for $99.00. OK, my scanner finally bit the dust. I knew it was coming, but...oh, well. Anyway, I really want the Epson Perfection 3170, but it's just a little out of my price range right now, and I need a scanner. *smile* Does anyone else have any good suggestions that might be a little cheaper? Thanks, and take care. Julie Morales inlovewithchrist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Windows/MSN Messenger (but not email): mercy0421@xxxxxxxxxxx Skype: mercy0421
