[bookshare-discuss] OT: rain

Hey, Shelley--can you send some of that rain our way?
I'm afraid that soon we're going to have to restric
how many showers we take and put bricks into the
toilet tank again and not flush.

If governments can build freeways, why can't they
figure out ways to save unwanted rain and melting snow
and flood waters from one part of the country and send
it to other parts of the country where and when it's
needed. If the Romans could do it and Egyptians and
Israels could do it, why can't we?

Cindy
