Someone asked a while back about e-cards and mentioned, at the same time, the possible danger of getting a virus or spam from e-cards and mentioned also, Blue Mountain. I just downloaded on this computer (I had iat on my other but not this one) the McAfee Site indicator. This is free software from McAfee that tells you, via checkmarks, xes and question marks, if a site is safe to use,i.e., by sing it you won't be receiving spam or viruses or pop-ups. I noticed when I then looked for e-card sites that Blue Mountain is safe--and also that it now offers a limited number of free cards. I had stopped using it when it started charging. Before that it was my favorite card site. Now I like Hallmark--to show I care--but they didn't have a good choice of what I was looking for this time. Care2.com did. The one e-card site I saw that wasn't safe was 123cards.com Cindy Cindy ____________________________________________________________________________________ Yahoo! oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links. http://mobile.yahoo.com/mobileweb/onesearch?refer=1ONXIC To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank Email to bookshare-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Put the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the Subject line.
