Hi Amber,
Here is an additional method for doing accent marks. Word actually has
hot-keys for making them. For acute accents you do ctrl-apostrophe, release
that combination, and then type the letter in question. For the N tilde,
type ctrl-shift-grave, release that, then type n. The n-tilde doesn't always
work, so if it doesn't the easiest thing to do would be to use the insert-4
command and pick it from there, or use the ascii characters as Alison
suggested.
