Smile, I can understand the confusion Cindy. I call all dogs puppies,
smile. Liz's dog is probably between one and two years of age. Guinevere
was 22 months when I got her, and Judson was 18 months when I got him.
So it just depends on how mature the dog is.

I have a question about the dogs. You said it was a
little puppy. For some reason I thought that guide
dogs were given to families to raise and that when
they went to the schools they were no longer puppies.
Does that vary with the school, or is it common for
the blind person to raise the puppy as well as train
with it?
