Hi Cindy,
There's a lot I don't know about how the formatter/translator actually
works. However, I would advise you to do two things.
1. Put all page numbers on top. In a notetaker, we will more easily know
where we are if this is done.
Second, when a dash occurs in the text, use two hyphens with no spaces
around them--like this.
