Rose, I just wanted to say how happy we all are you've joined us volunteers. A warm welcome to you. To answer your question, you can be helpful in any way you feel you want to contribute. Validators are always needed as there are many books on the validation list awaiting a volunteer. Also, I wanted to give you some "words of experience" on the e-mail list thing. I got the same message as you about there being no command and after some tedious playing with it a bit, I finally figured out the trick. When you get your confirmation e-mail, you need to reply to it. It tells you to put a certain command in the e-mail. To make it simple, when you reply to the e-mail, make sure you include the contents of the confirmation e-mail in your reply. So if you ahve an option in whatever e-mail program and allows you to include the sender's message in your reply, make sure it's turned on. I realize I did an extremely poor job of explaining that. If it makes sense, I hope it works for you. If it doesn't, and you still get the error message, write me and I'll better explain myself.
