This is very sad news.
Gustavo was a great help to me when I first joined Bookshare and helped me to
ensure my subscription was up and running smoothly.
He will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear this. I had excellent help from Gustavo when there was
a problem with one of my subscriptions, a couple years ago and I actually
talked to him on the phone.
My heart goes out to his family, I will keep them in prayer.
