I uploaded The Empty Chair about a week ago when I downloaded The Cold Moon.
I haven't read it yet because I read it through NLS, but skimming through it, I
don't see any problems with it.
Perhaps you should just try downloading it again, because Bookshare's going
through a hardware upgrade this summer, and you may have just caught them at a
bad time.

I have downloaded numerous Bookshare titles using Hyperterminal and a
Braille Lite 40. All of the sudden today, with nothing changed in my settings,
I am getting really strange added characters in anything I try to download.
There are tons of extra spaces and random characters, and most words are double
capitalized. I tried rebooting, adjusting my cable connections, re-downloading
and unpacking the book, with no success. I was able to download an NLS title
with no difficulty. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
