I'm experiencing the same problem with a BrailleNote Apex. Has anyone

Bookshare still hangs up. In my Account History, it now shows
"Opening Of The West" as having been downloaded; but there is no way
to initiate a re-download, nor is there any evidence whatsoever that
this book ever did download successfully onto my Windows 7 computer.
In fact, I am convinced it has not downloaded even now.
The alt+s command does nothing for me either, even after waiting a
minute after hitting the Download button connected with my desired
title. Emptying my cache of temporary files and cookies before a
download attempt effects no positive change, either.
