while I like the content of the scanned and proofed book, her voice for Kind Of Blue is putting me to sleep, going to switch to a BARD book now.

Chela, see if it will play in its own folder without deleting the DAISY files and without putting it in audio+podcasts. I saw a post earlier today on the Stream list that seemed to indicate that maybe they have the DAISY markup working now for the mp3 books. Let us know.Alan Lemly -----Original Message----- *From:* Chela Robles [mailto:cdrobles693@xxxxxxxxx] *Sent:* Monday, April 23, 2012 8:53 PM *To:* bookshare-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx *Subject:* [bookshare-discuss] Re: Downloading booksCan someone like possibly Ann Parsons help me out before I blow a double g on trumpet, and you really don't want to hear the note I assure you! I downloaded Kind Of Blue: The Making Of The Miles Davis Masterpiece from bookshare in mp3 format and copied all the contents in a folder I created on the thumb drive called audio+podcasts. After inserting and waiting for load time, I get "Please Respect" repeatedly! I'm doing what was recommended on the FAQ on the bardtalk.com page. Something is missing then.-- "Passion is a great motivator. That would seem to indicate that they've corrected the problems with the DAISY markup with the new service. is the DAISY working with your latest downloads? Not requiring a password to unzip seems like an oversight to me. I requested them shortly after noon CDT today. I am happy to report that I had them downloaded and on my NLS player before 1:00 this afternoon. I am so glad to see that the time to get the links for downloading has lessened that much.I did, however, notice one thing different. Usually, when I unzip the book, it gives me the message that I need to type my password into the edit field. I did not receive that message today with either book and was able to download without typing my password. Not a big deal but it was kind of nice not having to type that password in again.Barb ----- Original Message ----- *From: *Sue Stevens <mailto:siss52@xxxxxxxxxxxx> *To: *bookshare-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:bookshare-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> *Sent: *Friday, April 20, 2012 7:30 PM *Subject: *[bookshare-discuss] Downloading books Hi, Is anyone having trouble downloading BRF files?
