Dear all,
Sorry about the subject line - I forgot to correct it. Here goes again:
There was a European copyright directive about two years ago. Some of us
hoped that that directive would enable the creation of a facility like
Bookshare in Europe when given effect in national legislation.
Does anybody know what the current legal position is with regard to
copyright in any EU country especially Britain or the Republic of
Ireland?
