Ibrahim,

I was glad to read your comments about the Index. When
I validate books I, too, read the book and correct as
I go, as do many of us, but I don't bother with the
Index or the bibliography. It has seemed to me,
looking at them, that they are usable as they are,
though not perfect.I have been adding notes that if
the reader needs them fixed I'll get the book and fix
them, but after what you explain I don't think that's
necessary. Thank you for the information.
