Hi, Kathy. If they came as separate books in the print versions, you did the 
right thing. Some might prefer the books combined, but if they want that, 
they can combine them when they download the books. If the books came 
separate in the printed versions, they should be submitted that way, in my 
opinion, but I could be wrong. Take care.

Thanks so much for all this info.  I'll save it for future reference.

Before I got your message, I went ahead and submitted the book and the study
guide.  I did them as separate books.  Hope that was ok.

With your info, I'll have a better understanding when I submit my next book.
