Okay, so it's happened again and once more left me extremely frustrated. A book that was just submitted "Witch Hunt: History of a Persecution" has been categorized as having "adult content". The witch hunts are a part of history that interest me, and I've been looking for some good books on them. But no-enI can't have this one no matter how good it might ,be because someone decided to tag it with the lable "adult content". Doesn't say what kind of adult content; whether its explicitsex, hate speegh graphic violence, or what have you. I would like to be able to determine for myself if a book contains adult content. But I can't unless I read it. Really, I honestly think this adult content label just needs to be dropped. It's almost kept me from reading a couple of really good books that got mislabeled.

Okay, rant is done.

It is quite easy for me to think of a God of love mainly because I grew up in a family where love was central and where lovely relationships were ever present. It is quite easy for me to think of the universe as basically friendly mainly because of my uplifting hereditary and environmental circumstances. It is quite easy for me to lean more toward optimism than pessimism about human nature mainly because of my childhood experiences. It is impossible to get at the roots of one's religious attitudes without taking in account the psychological and historical factors that play upon the individual.
