Hi Lissi,

I will do that book for you two.

It is indeed a great book and a treasure for those of us who love the equine
history.

Dear Judy,

The Book you are interested in validating does look interesting and I'm
actually impressed that you're the kind of person to appreciate it. If no
asks to scan it, I'll do it myself though I scan much less than I validate.

Once I submit I can mail you the copy of the book I used in case you need it
to help you validate. I have read braille since first grade and it's my
preferred way of reading. On computer I listen to jaws. I do have some
diminishing low vision which has gone from 20 200 in one eye and no light
perception in the other to finger count in the good eye. With perfect light
and patience, I can piece print words together at a distance of no more than
an inch, but it is so taxing, really exhausting and headache making. It
mashes my nose, too!!!I'm telling you this because I do scan carefully and
proofread then run spell check before submitting, but the foreign words will
be hard for me to check.

If I turn out to be the submmittor, would you mind noticing the foreign
words for me? Scanners really get tripped up on accented words turning them
into all kinds of other letters, numbers and junk characters.

Like you, I adore animals. When you had that entertaining discussion on list
about animals, when listers asked you to describe them and you told us some
stories about your experiences with them, I enjoyed reading the conversation
very much.

Thanks so much for your interest. Interest and willingness with such a great
book is so valuable. I'll make sure you have a scan of it to validate.

Always with love,

Lissi
