There is no problem doing it that way, but there is actually an easier = method. When you connect the device and there are files in the queue, the software = shows the Queued files dialog with 4 buttons, Send Now, Don't Send, = Browse, and Delete. If you know you want to delete everything, just use = the Delete button. But, if you want to examine what files are in the = queue, use the Browse button. This essentially does what you are doing by = opening an Explorer window on the pending folder where you can delete = individual files from the list. Come to think of it, I wonder if it wouldn't be a bad idea to let the = Queued button show up when you run Book Port Transfer without the device = connected. >>> aman@xxxxxxxxxxx Thursday, April 15, 2004 7:32:38 PM >>> Hi. Generally, I just go into C:\Documents and Settings\MyUserName\Application Data\APH\Book = Port Transfer\pending and delete the file in question. I don't know how good an idea = this is, but would suspect it's not too horrible, as I've been doing it ever since I got my unit in July, and the unit has not complained. Note that this info applies to Windows 2000 and XP. I don't know where these files are in Windows ME, but if you search for pending with = the find files feature, you should find a directory with that name and be able to enter on it, thereby finding out where it is through the address bar.
