Hi Tim:

Try downloading and installing:

http://www.aph.org/tech/bp_setup.exe

Also, make sure you're running Internet Explorer 5.0. Usually, ase errors are
either some kind of speech conflict or setup issues. Try running the above and
see if you don't get a better result. If not, we'll look into it further.

Hi All,

I have the cd version 2.0.0.0 of the BookPort transfer program. I tried to
install it on a computer running XP home edition. I received a message that
"could not open ASE." When I tried to run the program, I received "error
00000007 and a comment about ASE." I have not explored APH to find an
updated version of the transfer program, but it seems taht the cd should
work. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding this problem and how to
solve it? Thanks.
Tim
