Trust me. I have already tried this. It takes a day and a half too upload the books. Looks like they could make this faster. Or some other power source.

Actually, the transfer of text to the book port is very fast with the book port transfer software. It is audio that takes longer to process.

What type of books were you downloading? You need to use the Bookport Transfer software to transfer text files to the Bookport.
