The sleep time mode worked fine until we switched it from 30 minutes to zero
minutes. Even though we switched it back to 30 minutes and then later to 25
minutes, for the most part, the book port acts as if it is set at the zero
level. It is not a big enough problem to warrant sending it back and being
without it for a month. This happened even though the unit was reset.
