[bookport] replacement of Bookport cable

Hi all,
I've never used this Bookport on this Gateway desktop. I've not used it
for several years actually, so until last week it was just lying around.
In any case, I bought a new cable because I lost the one that came with
it--which is the same reason I downloaded the software from the website
instead of the CD...
