I have had no problems finding what I need at Audible and the books are easy to transfer to the book port. Especially if yo activate the book port with audible. I have had to have help setting it up, and Audible was very good about helping me with that. If you need, they will even set things up in your computer with your permission, of course. Hi Rick,I too have heard about how hard audible is to search, want to join some day,but have some reservations about the activation process, have heard enoughto conclude that some of it is error of the user, but it seems to me that wecannot say that is the whole equation. Wonder if you could tell me about your experience, such as the activation process, and how smooth the process is to transfer books, so the book port will read them. Right now, I use the unit to listen to MP3 files of music and old time radio, but would like to expand if possible. The New Yorker (2 hours digest) note: this complete magazine is also now downloadable in Daisy or BRF format on Newsline & Bookshare, as is the Economist magazine. 2. Science News (weekly 1 hour digest) 3. Audible Fast Company (five or six articles chosen by Audible.) There may be more, but as you say, it is tricky to browse this site. I have over time subscribed to some of the NPR radio shows available fromAudible. We loved having Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, which they don't currently offer. But I do really enjoy my Audible subscription to the Monday through Friday editions of the Bob Edwards show on XM that they offer. Bob brings a variety of news, the arts, music, books, and sports. I like that I can getthem anytime in my library on Audible. I think it is the best show out there, but that might be that it suits my interests the most. Hope that helps. And Good luck!
