It seems that my computer thinks the book port is another device. when I plug it in it doesn't start the transfere program but wants to play music off the book port by connecting to music libraries. Any ideas any one? My friend had the same type problem until the hub was taken out and the connection was made right to the CPU. Not sure why but the direct connection worked while the hub did not. Windows 98 does not have a USB driver. Also make sure your bookport is connected and operating properly. best, Tyler ----- Original Message ----- From: aandreottola <mailto:aandreottola@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, November 05, 2005 9:30 AM Subject: [bookport] question need help I just got a book port and installed the software and read the manual.
