[bookport] problems with new firmware

Hi all. I downloaded bpfw.exe as directed by Larry's post and when I try to
run it with B P installed it says it's not a windows application or
something such as that. When I connected my BookPort just now, it told me
there was an update available and I did have it nab that, but I am assuming
that was only software?
I am doing this on a win xp box. Any thoughts?
