Hi Phil and list:If the book won't fit on a 1 Gb card, that's one massive book even in Daisy audio. While it didn't come from RFBD, the Daisy audio book I just finished required 370 Mb. The book was 619 pages with a playing time of around 26 hours. Thus you see the relative comparison I was making. Think I'd try fixing errors on the card if you can. If you can't, hope it's a card with a lifetime waranty that you can access.

Hi. I am having a problem successfully transfering an rfbd book to my bookport. I keep getting the message that my cf card is full. It is a 1 gb card. I have tried what I thought was a small amount of info from the cd, perhaps only the first chapter.I was able to send the table of contents. I have tried reformatting hte card several times using the bookportalso, whenever the transfer fails, the bookport locks up and I have to remove the batteries to reset it.I know this next question will be hard to answer, but about how much of a typical rfbd bookwill fit on a 1gb card? should I get a 4 gb card instead?I have used this card with other mp3 files without any problems, so I know the card is good. bookport firmware, book transfer and bookport wizard versions are the latest available.Any help will be appriciated. phil
