[bookport] Re: premarking

I could, but the inside of the first file has the table of contents with the
chapter number and name, and the file names only have the chapter number.
Thus you have to open the first file to figure out what chapter you want to
reference then go open the appropriate file. I still have the original
files, but for now I have just compiled them into one big file and am doing
a lot with the find command. I guess it is doable, but I would like to do
something to make it a little more manageable.
